Who is Juccini?

Juccini is a family run business that aspires to promote people to pave the path of spirituality and self-discovery. We bring you the products and techniques that have been followed by Buddhist monks for thousands of years to help you in your journey of mindfulness.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

If you decide that your new  Juccini product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 90 days of your purchase—no ifs, ands, or asterisks. Email us at shop@juccini.com and we’ll take care of the rest. 

Please note that the 90-day trial period does not start over if you exchange your item. If you end up returning your order, you’ll only have the remainder of your original 90-day trial to do so. Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return

When exactly will I receive my order?

Your order will ship from our warehouse  within a week.. Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method.Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

Can I cancel or change an order after I've placed it?

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.

How do I make a return?

It’s easy—head to our returns page, fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with next steps. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we only offer free returns in areas where we also offer free shipping.

 What is your warranty?

We want your Juccini purchase to make you feel happy and satisfied. To help with this, we offer a 90 day limited manufacturer’s warranty for factory defects that happen after delivery. To ensure warranty coverage, products must be purchased directly from Juccini.com OR Amazon and does not include purchases from a closeout retailer. Please inspect your product at time of purchase and if a defect is visible, immediately contact the authorized retailer you purchased from to process your return. Proof of purchase is required to process all returns. If you are within the 90 days period and have contacted the authorized retailer of purchase but passed their return period, please contact us at our email and we will do our best to help.

We currently ship everywhere in the U.S.

How do I place an order?

When you’ve found the item you’d like to buy, click on ‘Add To Cart’ on the product’s page. At this point in the shopping process, you have the option to click ‘Go to Checkout’ or ‘Continue Shopping.’ It’s as easy as pie and who doesn't love pie!

What if I have a question about my order or account?

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Do you accept Paypal?

Yes we do! You can order without getting off the couch to get your card. We love convenience!

I'm concerned about my privacy and security when placing an order online. What does Juccini do with my personal information?

.Additionally, by using our site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.

Does Juccini ship outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states?

No not yet. 

Does Juccini ship to Canada?

No. At this time we do not ship to any address in Canada.

Does Juccini ship internationally?

No. At this time we do not ship to any international address.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, as long as it ships within our free terms. All Juccini website retail orders ship free Fed-Ex Home Delivery Ground Service or Fed-Ex SmartPost to residential addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping method will be selected at time of shipment

What are your ‘regular shipping days’?

We ship Monday through Friday. We do, however, have some holidays and special days off when we do not ship.

How long will it take for my order to reach its destination?

Please allow about 2-8 business days for your order to arrive, depending on the destination location within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. The day an order ships from our facility is not included as a shipping day, so please add an additional day to the estimated delivery time.

How will I know when my item will arrive?

All orders will receive an electronic tracking number via email after they ship so that delivery times and locations can be tracked by you.

Where are your products made?

 Our team in our overseas office works with our pre approved suppliers to manufacture our Juccini products. Our entire team, in the U.S. and overseas, works hard to accomplish our goal to ensure our products help keep our customers organized and happy.
